EU Customers β 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at bbaldevraj200@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product during the withdrawal period, provided that the customer was informed of this requirement before purchase.
Returned products should be in their original condition and should not have been unnecessarily used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at bbaldevraj200@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. For defective products covered by applicable consumer law, we will cover the applicable return costs.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
For EU withdrawals, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and circumstances where an exception is permitted by applicable law, such as certain personalised or made-to-order products, perishable goods, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that apply to you under applicable law.
